The only thing that was missing was one about that scene in meat. At the end where she refuses to retcon Rhys, and Jack looks like he might cry at the thought of losing Gwen. It made me want to punch the TV.

Yeah. I think I read somewhere that the writer of that episode thinks of Jack and Gwen as an unrequited love story *sigh* See, this is the kind of thing that happens when you don't have a show bible; the writers can write whatever the heck they want. Maybe they should try writing a Gwen/Rhys and/or a Jack/Ianto *requited* love story.

It made me want to punch the TV.
...because I couldn't resist.
