Title: Shifting Destines
Summary: Ianto Jones was broken in ways that his former team missed. It wasn't until Ianto left did his secrets become known did Three realize how little they truly knew about Ianto, can they make it right with him or have they lost that chance for good?

It is great to see here some new fic again! I'll hop over to AO3 and read it ASAP, even though I don't know one of the involved fandoms and belong to a tiny minority that doesn't care for Harry Potter. Also, it's good to see you being active again!
