Hi guys ! I don't know if im allowed to ask this here, but I trust you more than the others community.
I want to buy Torchwood Books, but I was wondering if you knew which books has the most Janto moments. I don't want books with too much Gwen, ya know. I just want sweet Jack/Ianto moments :)
(English is not my first language, sorry >.<)

Torchwood: Consequences (One of the short stories has Jack and Gwen incapacitated, and Ianto going all bad-ass)
The Twilight Streets (Although it's presented as just a potential future, there's a powerful scene that depicts just how much Ianto means to Jack - and one spot where Ianto gives an earful to Gwen for her lack of sensitivity over his bisexualality.)
Almost Perfect: Ianto as a gorgeous woman, making Gwen jealous with his absolute hotness? Can't go past that!
Also, if you haven't touched on them yet, a couple of the audiobooks are good for some lovely Janto goodness.
The Sin Eaters, read by Gareth David-Lloyd, is a really good one. Interestingly, In The Shadows, read by Eve Myles, also contains some great Janto moments, including Ianto saving Jack and, if I remember rightly, there is some moderate Gwen-bashing as well.

I agree on Almost Perfect, Twilight Streets, Pack Animals and Consequences. I also love Risk Assessment, it has some very nice Janto moments and I think they are actually in character with each other there, not to sugary like in some fanfiction, not to "kiss like soldiers not lovers" as in CoE.
The house that Jack build, has it's moments. I would stay clear of the Undertakers Gift though, because it has a Gwack scene and Jack basically acting very much like an arse towards a badly injured Ianto because he needs to save Gwen. *gag*.
As for the Audiobooks, like other said before "Sin Eaters" and "In the Shadows" are awesome. Hidden has some Ianto whump and a nice ending, but Ianto is a bit MIA half of the time.
And then there are the Radio Plays. Dead Line is...well Ianto's speech to Jack in it is a legend by now. And of course "The house of the death", I don't want to spoil too much but let's just say it's not a happy ending thing, but it gave closure to many people who hated CoE.
