The (official BBC?) Torchwood Facebook page has posted GDL's cultbox interview,  the comments are very interesting, mostly asking for Torchwood to be returned to Cardiff, many asking for Ianto's return.  As yet there are few comments decrying Gwen.  Here's your chance to pop over and show your dislike of Gwennie Sue and also to ask for Ianto's return and Torchwood to come home, if that is your wish -

According to the BBC person my cousin, a TV producer who works occasionally free lance for the BBC, spoke to at my request some time ago, this is not an official BBC site. Unfortunately this means that any comments there, although interesting, make no difference whatever.

Interesting interview though and thanks for posting link to it as I wouldn't have seen it otherwise.

Whether or not the site's official, I can't view it due to my refusal to have anything to do with Bookface. If there's anything interesting on there, can someone post a quick summary please? Sorry folks!

Did you see Torchwood: Miracle Day when it was on and what did you think?

Do you still get people coming up to you to discuss Jack and Ianto’s relationship on Torchwood?
"All the time. It’s wonderful that so many people are still moved by it."

Would you return as Ianto in a cameo role for Doctor Who’s 50 anniversary if you were asked?
"It would depend on the script, but yes I think so. Ianto is very close to my heart and will always deserve a little resurrection if done properly."

Who cares if it is a BBC run site or not, it's the biggest one for Torchwood on FB, so chances are the BBC at least pops in every now and then.

Not on Facebook, myself, but the BBC has had enough comments by now to know that bringing back Ianto would be popular, ramming Gwen down our throats would not be. So why don't they just say to RTD "no, you've done enough damage, so we're taking it out of your hands before you can do anymore", give it to Lidster and Goss, who know what they're doing? The viewers would come in, the fans would come back and they'd be laughing all the way to the bank.
