Did anyone notice that the delightful Gwen is wonderfully absent from the MD pre-release cover art over at Amazon?

Maybe, just maybe the BBC is getting it...finally, sadly too late...

True she is still on the UK one, but so was Ianto- at least at the start. On one ad I even think the whole team was there. Same with previews of the new books, to the extent where the Beeb was bombarded with people demanding to know if Ianto would be in the new books. When the answer was "No" all the interest dropped off.....and yet, they still don't get it! Maybe if they took their heads out of RTD's backside long enough to feel the water they would see what would sell. Radio plays are still a real option, but no-one will listen if GDL is not in them, I can assure you.
And STILL they don't seem to get it.

Wasn't it beyond awesome that the Lost Files were probably a much bigger success then Miracle Day? I know you can't really compare Radio/TV but after each Lost File there was lots of buzz on Twitter, LJ etc... well there was buzz after MD too... only not good one. I remember the night episode 1 aired americanized was trending on Twitter.

Maybe the BBC wants nothing to do with TW anymore, so they're gladly letting it get killed off for good and have lousy book sales. Radio plays doing better than a TV series is obvious evidence that Gwen is not popular no one likes the new format and Ianto is the big draw, surely the BBC can't be that blind (RTD & co. sure, but not BBC). After all the evidence over the past years since COE, heck a jury would take less than five minutes to pass that verdict.
