Dear friends, I have a question for you.

From time to time I have specific scenario of Gwen-bashing in mind and don’t know where it would be appropriate to ask for such fics. Of course I use TW_story_finder and TW_genge_finders for general requests (and I’ve read all stories mentioned in fic index here at AGA), but I don’t feel comfortable asking for bashing fics there because I understand that not everybody shares my opinion of Gwen. Hence the question – is it OK if we post our Gwen-bashing requests here, make special tag and everything? It may help to find stories with specific bashing scenarios, and some of those requests may be used as prompts for fics or as plot devices in big stories.

I have some prompts here: http://weis07.livejournal.com/26915.html, and several more a bit... shapeless yet. But in no way I wanted to make impression that you should like them. I apologise if it seems that way.
I just thought that if we (as community) could share ideas about what we'd like to do with that girl we like to hate, it could result in more wonderful fics. And your stories bewitched me from the moment I found them.

Well, there's even tag for character bashing on twgenrefinders; I don't think asking there would create a problem.

But your idea of a fic-request tag here sounds, potentially, very interesting.

Yes, I know about that bashing tag, but as I said, sometimes I have very specific scenario in mind that can be used more as prompt than fic search.
And most og Gwen-bashing requests there are linked to AGA anyway.
Plus, I don't want to start another round of "haters vs non-haters" debate by posting something too provocative in general search community.

Yeah, I'm just thinking: twstory&genrefinders aren't discussion comms; people look there for all sorts: AU pairings, heavy kink, blood and gore - no accounting for taste, just providing links.

That story idea you mention in your post - if it were a popular scenario, you probably wouldn't be searching for it, so: rather intriguing.

Perhaps if the mods agree, you can post your requests as special challenges? That way, you even might get different versions of the same bash.

As wiseheart can confirm, I am a breeder of rabid plotbunnies. Unfortunately, I really don't have what it takes to be a writer (my one attempt is hopelessly stalled, and has been for a while), so I would be glad to hand them off to anybody who wants them. Not all of them are Gwen-bashing, but a lot of them are, and others are or could be Gwen-free.
