A/N: The fifth installment of the Butterfly series. Now this takes place at the END of Something Borrowed. Why just the end you ask? Because nothing much changed except parts of the end. I’m not trying to COMPLETELY rewrite Torchwood here, the idea is that the TARDIS made a decision and Ianto then made a decision that changed some (a lot of) things. When I was plotting this I realized Gwen would still for some unknown reason go out to catch aliens the night before her wedding and be bitten and impregnated leading to everything that followed. Now if Rhys had listened to me and not marry Gwen that would be a different story….but he didn’t. Also for those reasons this is kinda short. But next time is Adrift.
Disclaimer: RTD and BBC (and all that it entails) owns them and all rights, if I owned them I would have fic writers doing the scripts, regardless of what RTD thinks (hmmm assassin!Ianto, Empath!Ianto, or vampire!Ianto or even all three as cannon, that'd be fun)
