Summary: Torchwood characters in a story set in the glamorous world of international travel! Fluffy, romantic and cheesy in the extreme, I suspect!

A/N:  This chapter and chapter 20 were going to be posted together, but I see to have gone over today’s random word limit for posting- so chapter 20 will posted asap, too.
