It Just Doesn't Make Sense: A CoE Fix-It Fic (5/15)

Disclaimer: Children of Earth obviously isn't mine, and if it was, I wouldn't own up to it.  It may be immodest, but I think I'm a better writer than that.  For one thing, I try not to insult the intelligence of my readers.  For another, I don't lie to them about what they'll find in my work.  I also have too much respect for my characters to completely rewrite them so I can shoehorn them into some old plot I had lying around that was just a rip off of Quatermass anyway.  Sadly, I don't own Torchwood either.  If I did, it wouldn't be broken now.
