No, really - the story is finished, folks! *squeeee*
Am so proud - in all the forty-something years I've been writing for, I've never finished a story quite so quickly. Well, save from a Silmarillion one-shot that's about two pages and was written in half an hour, but that's another tale entirely.
In any case, enjoy the Epilogue, and be prepared for a big, fat surprise at the end.

And yes, I've started writing at the age of ten. Finished my first complete story (a western adventure) when I was twelve. I'm almost 53 now, so it makes 40+ years indeed.
OTOH, all my early stories were written in German or in my native Hungarian. I haven't started writing in English till about nine years ago or so.

I can remember writing a story when I was very young about a sinking boat. There was lots of drowning folk and screaming in it. It was never finished, which is probably just as well!!

The first piece of fanfic (I started with original fiction) I ever wrote was a Tolkien story with the most blatant Mary Sue in Middle-earth chasing Legolas...
To my defence, I was fairly young when I thought it out, but I'm grateful that it doesn't exist anymore.
